JOTA quality stands for: - high-grade quality diamonds - perfectly and uniformly distributed - retained accurately in the nickel base - no chipping of the nickel layer - quiet, vibration-free concentric running - high cutting capacity - long service life - ISO quality guarantee The core of JOTA diamond instruments is the shank, a hardened, stainless rod, which is coated with selected diamond grit using the latest electroforming technology. This guarantees an extremely homogeneous, reliable and durable diamond coating of the instruments. Preparation results are also optimized by a choice of up to seven different grit sizes. The use of coarse grit size diamonds (ISO 534, 544 und 554) can result in heat build-up. It is particularly important to ensure that there is adequate cooling and that minimal pressure is applied when using these products. Additional finishing is required after preparing with coarse diamond instruments to attain an optimally smooth surface. Use instruments from ISO size 031 with additional cooling (water spray)
